1. You are to give a two month notice at the end of your current lease.
  2. Please put this two month notice in writing and mail it to this address (PO Box 266 Murrysville, PA 15668).
  3. IF YOU PLAN TO BREAK YOUR LEASE PLEASE CALL US TO SET UP A TIME TO START THE “EARLY TERMINATION OF A LEASE” PROCESS. UNLIKE MANY OTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WE DO HAVE AN EARLY TERMINATION CLAUSE THAT ALLOWS OUR TENANTS TO TERMINATE THEIR LEASE EARLY. THERE IS A FEE THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO TERMINATE THE LEASE EARLY THAT WILL ELIMINATE ANY LEGAL AND/OR CREDIT ISSUES IN THE FUTURE, PLEASE CONTACT OUR RENTAL OFFICE FOR FURTHER DETAILS TO ELIMINATE ANY UNNECESSARY MISUNDERSTANDINGS.
  4. Please provide to our rental office your forwarding address so that we can send you your security deposit.
  5. The forms below will give a detailed description of what our tenants must do to their apartment (Cleaning, utilities etc… ) so that the security deposit will be sent back in full.
