About Agate Management

Agate Management, LLC is a property management company serving renters in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh. We own and manage apartments and townhouses in Murrysville, PA and North Huntingdon, PA, with floor plans ranging from studio apartments to spacious two-bedroom, two-bath townhouses.

We are dedicated to providing excellent property management services at every level of our organization, and we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service for every resident we serve.

Choose from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments featuring private balconies, off-street parking, walk-in closets, central air, and on-site laundry. Hot water, water, sewage, and garbage are included.

Lamont Townhouses

Located on Lamont Drive off Lincoln Highway in North Huntingdon. These two-bedroom, two-bath townhouses offer about 1,300 sq. ft. with an open floor plan, private basement, garage, walk-in closet, laundry hookups, and central air and heat.
